Ok, Need some help here.

Here is my Garage with the glider in it:

The lengthwise view:

The thick padding gets in the way on the inside:

I'd like to install a pulley system to get it close to the rack. I would use the pulley to lift it the first 6 feet and then put it in place by hand the last bit. The only thing I think might be hard would be balancing it as I lifted it. But, I don't want to have to rig a three-pulley system to try to support the bag with loops around the whole bag.

To give an example of the type of pulleys I am talking about:

So, two questions:
- Do you notice any flaws with the way it is now?
- What do you think of using a pulley to get it the first 6 feet and then lifting it the rest of the way by hand? I don't see why not, because that's what they are there for. Has anyone ever had/heard of a tear in a bag's handles? I know I would have to make sure that the pulley system had redundancy (no single point of failure).
Obviously, there cannot be a car in the garage when I do this.

Comments appreciated, thanks in advance.
